Sandra M. Ralston specializes in property and probate law. For the property and real estate practice area, she enjoys closing both residential and commercial sales and loans. Her services include providing title insurance, preparing deeds and other documents necessary to ensure good title, and preparing loan documents. On the probate end, she had handled the administration of both small and large estates. Her services also include the preparation of wills and trusts.
Ms. Ralston was born and raised in Jacksonville. As Sandra Maltby, she graduated from Robert E. Lee Senior High School in 1989 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University in 1992. She then spent several years in the Washington, DC area as an editor for a trade association before attending law school. In 2002, she graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, where she served as a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. After two years of practicing commercial litigation, she became interested in transactional law and joined Milne & Buckingham in 2004.
My goal is to make eachWith her husband, Bert, Ms. Ralston chairs the evangelism commission at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, where she also teaches Sunday School. She is a member of the Riverside Rotary Club and has served as a mentor at West Riverside Elementary.
